The GD MFA Studio is a central component of our program. In this six-credit course, taught by program directors Ellen Lupton and Jennifer Cole Phillips, first- and second-year students work together in teams on projects that have a public impact, including books such as D.I.Y.: Design It Yourself and Graphic Design: The New Basics, as well as exhibitions, sales, conferences, collaborations with other schools, and other endeavors. Listed below are projects conducted in our the GD MFA Studio course as well as key collaborations with visiting artists.
